There is something missing from my order

In the event that you receive your order and find an item is missing, this may be due to the item being out of stock. In such cases, you will be contacted via email and given the option to select an alternative item.

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of this email, the missing item will be refunded and the remaining items will be dispatched.

If you have not received an email notification regarding an out-of-stock item but are still missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information:
