Are returns free?

We offer free returns in the UAE within 14 days. We currently do not offer free returns for international orders. To make a return, follow the steps below

1. Head over to our returns portal.
   UAE customers click here.
2. Enter your order number and email address (don’t forget to include “#” before your order number).
3. Select the items you want to return.
4. Select your return method (Exchange, Online Credit or Refund.
5. Send the items back with your order confirmation sheet (included in the order bag).

Please note: All items returned must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

You are not obliged to use our free returns service; however, if you choose not to, you will be fully liable for the cost of returning your goods.

Returns must be received by our team within 14 days of your initial inception.

Returns can take up to 5–10 business days to process once received. Please allow an additional 10 working days during the White Friday Sale.
