How can I check my BOXRAW Gift card balance?

There are two ways to view your gift card balance:

• If you have a BOXRAW customer account, you can view your gift card balance by clicking the “View your gift card” link in the email you received.
• If you do not have a customer account, you can create one here, or contact us here so we can check your balance for you.

We do not display gift card balances elsewhere in order to keep your information secure and prevent it from being shown across multiple platforms or logins.
