What is your returns policy?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item. Please review our policy below to check if you’re eligible for a return.

• We have a 14-day returns period
• Items must be sent back with a returns form including your order information. Without the returns form, we may not be able to correctly identify the customer or fulfil the return request.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, or signs of wear).
• Impello Boxing Boots: We cannot accept boots that have been worn, where hangtags have been removed, or where the box is damaged.
• We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons – no exceptions.
• Items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.
• If you request an exchange for an item of higher value, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference.
• If you purchased an item during a sale and wish to exchange it for a different design, the original sale price will not apply. Exchanges will be charged at the regular price of the new item selected.
• All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
• Returns can take up to 10 days to process. Please allow an additional 5 working days during the White Friday period.
• Items purchased as part of an offer (e.g. 2 t-shirts for AED XX) must be returned in full unless exchanging for a like-for-like item.
• Items received after the 14-day returns period will be subject to approval and will be eligible for online credit only.
• Exchanged orders will not be eligible for a refund if they fall outside the original 14-day returns period. The returns period begins from the original delivery date.
• If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned. Failure to do so will result in invoicing for the gift’s face value.
• Limited edition items are non-refundable.

If any returned item breaches this policy, we reserve the right to return the item to you in its original condition.

If your return breaches our terms, you will be liable for the cost of delivery to send the item back to you.

Items purchased at exhibitions can only be returned for a like-for-like exchange or store credit. Cash refunds are not available.
